Step 3:

Work With Our Sales Team to Find Your Dream Home for Your Budget

Pre-Qualified Registrants will be contacted by the Neighborhood Sales Team to schedule lot walks and view available homesites.

Step 4:

Select Your Preferred Homesite & Go to Contract

A private appointment will be scheduled to contract your select home, and provide an earnest money deposit (varies by neighborhood) payable to Fidelity National Title.
