As the referring broker or agent, you are required to personally escort your clients on their first visit to the community sales center and introduce them to the sales representative on duty. The sales representative will assist you in the registration process, provide all the necessary forms, and request the agent/broker's business card at this time. We regret that no telephone or mail registrations will be accepted. Commissions will become due and payable only upon client's successful close of escrow and will be paid to/through the written named broker. California West reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time without notice.
