New homes: August builder round-up

Summer may be waning, but local builders have sizzling offerings for new home buyers.

After recently releasing the last 10 homes in Dixie Village in Oceanside, Hallmark Communities quickly sold five of those offerings. Now only five Hallmark homes remain in this community close to the beach, which provides all that coastal living has to offer. Buyers must act fast to take advantage of this outstanding North County value.

Hallmark is selling other homes within walking distance to the beach at a new eight-home townhome community in Oceanside. At 438 S.
