See four model homes at California West’s S.L. Rey.

The homes offer up to six bedrooms in approximately 2,029 to 3,382 square feet, priced from the mid $600,000s.

Last week, S.L. Rey by California West, one of San Diego’s premier private homebuilders, released pricing and commenced sales for a new collection of residences in Bonsall. Homeshoppers are invited to visit the S.L. Rey sales center, open daily, to walk the newly released home sites, tour the four designer-furnished model homes, and meet with the S.L. Rey sales representatives.

S.L. Rey will comprise 93 single-family homes envisioned with and encompassed by nature in Bonsall. These new single- and two-story residences will feature spacious home sites, offer up to six bedrooms, five bathrooms and range from approximately 2,029 to 3,382 square feet of living space, all with no Mello-Roos fees.

S.L. Rey’s floor plans will offer outdoor living rooms, first-floor master and secondary bedrooms, and an open floor-plan concept with expansive great rooms, master bedrooms, and bathrooms. Homes will be priced from the mid- $600,000s.

Enveloped on all sides by a sea of natural preserve, S.L. Rey acts as a private island of residences offering families access to the area’s most highly regarded schools at Bonsall Unified School District, with Bonsall Elementary School uniquely located in the heart of the community.

S.L. Rey’s name was derived from the former San Luis Rey Downs Golf Course that now surrounds S.L. Rey, with greenery proposed to be transformed into a park site known as the San Luis Rey River Park. Over 100 acres of walking, biking, and equestrian trails are planned to weave the community together.

S.L. Rey offers residents the opportunity to recover, rejuvenate and reconnect as a family just a short distance fromhome. Less than 30 minutes from the coast, Bonsall allows easy access to freeways, employment centers and family fun.
