Our community in Escondido, Eclipse, is well underway. Construction on Model Homes is ongoing with an anticipated opening date of early 2022.

We are excited to announce that our Sales Center is now open weekly, by appointment only. Join us in Escondido to experience Eclipse with our sales team before our models open and view floorplans and architectural renderings.

Eclipse, our anticipated collection of designer townhomes, will feature 4 varying floorplans ranging from 1,140 sq. ft. to 1,534 sq. ft of living space with up to 4 beds, 3.5 baths, and a 2-car garage. Residents can take advantage of the year-round Southern California sunshine with a recreation facility including a pool, a spa, barbeque grills, and a covered outdoor area, and tot lot.

The sales center is open Monday, Tues, Friday-Sunday from 1 pm to 5 pm.
