My son lives minutes away. I see my grandchildren visiting me here. Teaching them to ride bikes in the cul-de-sac, and throwing frisbees in the backyard. It’s so cool we can ride bikes to the beach. "The sales representatives have been absolutely fabulous. Those ladies really made this process so smooth. Always willing to answer questions and believe me, I had a TON. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and they really did want to help us in whatever why we could. I do wish as a buyer of a new home, we would have been able to customize it a bit more beyond the flooring and the window coverings. With that said, I was really happy that CalWest considered and accepted my request to upgrade to a farmhouse sink and change the color of my backsplash even after it was pre-plotted.
